Rooms facing the street can be exceptionally noisy!!! Restaurant menu has inconsistencies, including limited food options at times. Temperature controls in rooms leave much to be desired, leading to discomfort!!!

Had a fab stay! The location was perfect for exploring Stratford, Warwick, and Moreton in Marsh. Dinner was a treat—the shoulder of lamb was to die for!

The room was cozy and the bathroom was surprisingly nice, making our stay quite enjoyable. We loved relaxing in the garden area and taking advantage of the outdoor seating, which was a nice touch. Just a small issue with the mirror setup for hair and makeup, but it didn’t ruin our experience! 🌼

The staff were consistently accommodating and attentive throughout my stay.

One downside was the noise from the road. If your room is at the front, you'll definitely hear some traffic, especially with the windows open at night.

The friendly staff ensured all needs were met, enhancing the overall experience. a first-floor room resulted in some inconvenience due to the steps, but staff assistance in relocating to a more suitable ground floor room was greatly appreciated.

The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall experience. A slight improvement could be offered in the variety of the continental breakfast.

Super cozy place with warm vibes! The food was top-notch, especially the brekkie. Staff were super friendly too! Only issue was a family nearby letting their kids run wild, which kinda killed the mood. a cool spot to relax and enjoy a good meal in the bar area.
